It was the end of the 70’s when everything started off. It was the time when Margaret Thatcher was the first female Prime Minister in Europe, the Pink Floyd were about to publish The Wall and the Walkman was about to change the way people listened to their music.
Winds of change were blowing also in the world of communication agencies, and Livio Garavaglia, among the first in Italy, opened an agency entirely dedicated to branding and packaging.
It was a small revolution. Before then, those services where offered by traditional advertising services only.
The first results came soon and so did the big clients. The trend of specialization was set and more and more agencies followed.
Today, after almost 40 years of activity, Break has helped create identities that remained in everyone’s mind and made the history of branding in Italy.
At the lead of the agency is still its founder, supported by his son and daughter – Giorgio and Paola – and by an international team of communication experts.
The family-run agency is alert to the communication needs of the digital era and is widening the services offered by becoming a coordination centre of teams with different specific knowledge.
This method allows to offer complete and integrated communication services while respecting the principles by which everything started: excellence and specialization.
