"I

n 1884, Lionello Stock and Carlo Camis founded a distillery in Trieste that would become a world-famous company, also thanks to creativity as a vehicle of communication.

This limited edition celebrate the union between creativity and Stock.”

That’s the romance on the side of the special limited edition collection signed by Break for Stock Spirits Italia, on the occasion of the 140th Anniversary of the historic brandy Stock 84 (1884 – 2024).

Three cases, three different subjects, embellished with gold foil finishing and embossed details, to celebrate the long relationship between the Stock brand and advertising illustration between the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century.

Our creatives were inspired by illustrated posters, merchandising and memorabilia from the past: they reworked some iconic subjects and merged several figurative elements with the iconic shape of the Stock 84 bottle. On pack, this combination comes to life, revitalized in a new expressive form: an updated retro, or a modern-vintage, which through three collector's cases reinterprets themes and stylistic features of the posters of the past:

- The nineteenth-century goddess wrapped in veils, brandishing the bottle in triumph;

- The advertising graphics of the 1950s, with its iconic animated objects.

- The advertising graphics of the 1950s, with its iconic animated objects.

The chromatic research harmonizes and connects different eras and trends in a fascinating and cohesive triad, despite the diversity of themes, thanks to the shape of the bottle, present and ethereal at the same time, transfigured yet recognizable thanks to the unmistakable shape of the label.

After 140 years of history, Stock 84 is back on shelf with pride, aiming to surprise the market and consumers with a limited edition that animates italian supermarkets. Break also designed the 140th anniversary logo, gilded in gold on the cases.
